History
The Brownsville Memorial Gardens, is now owned and operated by Browsville-Bells Funeral Homes. This cemetery was constructed by Mr. Deward Thomas in 1961 and purchased by Rex F. Bond in 1982 then purchased by Brownsville-Bells Funeral Homes in 1993. Brownsville Memorial Gardens is the only Perpetual Care Cemetery in Haywood County. Brownsville Memorial Garden consists of three different burial gardens-Garden of Saviour, Garden of Devotion and Garden of Gethsemane. We also have a beautiful Chapel Mausoleum that offers Mausoleum Crypts and Cremation Niches.
